And the winner is…

Channel your inner Marilyn and add a fresh take on the bombshell look in a bright, bold color paired with complementary dazzling accessories.

Give Julia a run for her money in this show-stopping gown.  Valentino?  No, but it’ll still secure you the best dressed award.

015

Last but not least, garner a Zsa Zsa-worthy glance in this gorgeous custom-made wool cape.

Formerly Yours = Formally Fabulous!

We’ve been hard at work for the past couple of weeks playing Barbie!  With so many functions, events and galas galore this season, we’ve had a ball (no pun intended) putting together some gorgeous head-turning evening ensembles.  Check out a few we’ve put together to show you what’s in store:

This darling Armani number pulls off a certain elegant whimsy when pair with rhinestone circled turquoise studs, darling Kate Spade bow slingbacks in black satin and an elegant smoky silver clutch. Can’t you just see Christina Hendricks rockin’ this combo for a new red carpet style?

012

Attention blondies: Barbie herself can’t hold a candle next to this tiered silk chiffon ballgown in pink. To pull off a bold color such as this, don’t compete with accessories – keep it simple with a subdued matte metallic clutch and strappy heels.

002

What a color for a statement making dress that’s bright enough to turn anyone’s smile upside down!?!  Priced below $100? Orange you glad you shopped Labels Designer Consignments?  Add in a pop of turquoise for fun, or stick to black and gold for extra drama.

007

Can’t bear the thought of anything but your good ol’ LBD – well step it up a notch with a make-em-look stunner such as this, with equally daring to the shoulder dangly earrings.

005

This gown is surprisingly, St. John – not your grandmother’s line anymore- could this delectable sequined number been any less matronly?  Body-skimming in decadent chocolate color, this gown will always be in good taste.
